Bredoborough.

21.32

A very hard day, getting better during the afternoon.

Q: What do you do when you can only just walk, can’t speak and feel as bad as a roadie for Los Gauchos Alemanes?
A: Head to the garden, if you are fortunate enough to have one; otherwise a public park / garden, if restrictions permit.

And a little afternoon gentling with the Weekend FT and Renee Fleming…

Chairs: most likely Portuguese c. 1860, I believe acquired from Mr. Romain of Wilton. Curtains: Geoffrey Bennison http://www.bennisonfabrics.com, inherited from the former owners (with exquisite taste) of Evershot Old Mansion, Dorset, and carried with us to Bredonborough in 2001.

I hope, presenting these pictures, that anyone visiting might share with me my enjoyment of our home. I do not deserve our home, I am not entitled to our home. I am grateful for our home.

A quick early-evening peak on the street…

And staying awake for as long as I was able, addressing variousnesses. Now about to crumble.
